Girls in ICT day 2024

On Thursday, April 25, 2025, the seventh "Girls in ICT Day" was held in Tuzla, organized by the association of young women GirlTHing, with the goal of empowering girls for a confident and successful entry into the labor market.

This year’s event focused on professional preparation for female students through educational content and practical simulations. The program began with an interactive workshop titled “How to Write a Winning CV”, where participants learned how to structure, write, and adapt their resumes for real job applications.

Later in the day, mock job interviews were held in collaboration with representatives of five successful companies: AMM, Bicom Systems, Cape Ann Enterprises, M & M Consulting, and Personify Health. These sessions gave the girls the opportunity to engage directly with employers, receive practical advice, learn about real recruitment processes, and improve their confidence and presentation skills.

In addition to the educational segment, the event also served as a platform for networking and peer support among girls interested in technology and ICT careers.
